Everlaw is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive new business within Fortune 1000 accounts. You'll leverage your expertise in value-based selling and SaaS technology to expand the company's footprint in existing accounts. This role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales.

Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of closing new business with large enterprise corporations. Your experience includes prospecting, generating pipeline, and running effective discovery calls and sales presentations. You understand the importance of attention to detail and egoless communication, which aligns with Everlaw's core values. You take pride in understanding your product in-depth to effectively communicate its value to customers and partners. Your approach to sales is rooted in genuine curiosity and a commitment to delivering excellence at every step of the sales process.
You possess a deep understanding of value-based selling, which allows you to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Your ability to negotiate effectively and follow up promptly on requests for information sets you apart in the competitive landscape of enterprise sales. You thrive in environments where you can open new accounts and expand existing ones, ensuring that clients see the clear path to achieving success with Everlaw's eDiscovery and litigation solutions.
Desirable
Experience working with Fortune 1000 accounts is a plus, as is familiarity with the eDiscovery and litigation technology landscape. You are comfortable conducting highly tailored demonstrations and presentations that resonate with potential clients. Your ability to curate compelling proofs of value will help ensure that new customers can onboard smoothly and effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within Fortune 1000 accounts. You will engage in prospecting activities, generating a robust sales pipeline, and conducting discovery calls that lead to impactful sales presentations. Your success will be measured by your ability to negotiate contracts and close deals that align with Everlaw's strategic goals. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that every interaction with prospective clients is memorable and impactful, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.
You will also play a key role in expanding Everlaw's footprint in existing accounts by effectively communicating how the company's solutions can meet their eDiscovery and litigation needs. This will involve timely follow-ups on requests for information, participation in trade shows, and other outreach efforts that enhance client relationships. Your role will require you to be proactive in understanding client needs and aligning them with Everlaw's offerings, ensuring that clients see the value in their partnership with the company.
