Augury is seeking a Partner Program Lead to drive the strategic direction and success of key partnerships. You'll work cross-functionally to maximize revenue impact and operational effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership and partnership management skills.

You have a proven track record in partnership management, with experience leading strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational success. Your ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You excel in building relationships with executive-level stakeholders and have a deep understanding of how to leverage partnerships for mutual benefit. You are results-oriented and have a knack for identifying opportunities for activation and expansion within existing partnerships. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate the value of partnerships to both internal teams and external partners. You are passionate about driving business outcomes and have a strategic mindset that allows you to see the bigger picture while managing the details.
Desirable
Experience in the industrial sector or with AI technology is a plus, as is familiarity with go-to-market strategies and customer success initiatives. You thrive in environments that require collaboration across various teams, including marketing, product, and customer success. A background in data analysis or performance metrics can enhance your ability to drive measurable results from partnerships.
What you'll do
As the Partner Program Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and long-term success of key partnerships within Augury’s ecosystem. You will act as the primary interface between Augury and partner leadership, ensuring that both parties are aligned on goals and initiatives. Your role will involve orchestrating efforts across various teams, including go-to-market, marketing, product, and customer success, to maximize the revenue impact of partnerships. You will develop and implement scalable programs that unlock revenue and drive measurable business results. Your focus will be on the activation, expansion, and long-term maturity of partnerships, ensuring that Augury fully leverages the value of these relationships. You will also monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure ongoing success.
