AvePoint is hiring a Customer Account Executive focusing on State & Local Government and Education. You'll drive revenue growth by building relationships with education customers across the U.S. Experience in sales, particularly in the education sector, is preferred.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the education sector or related fields, and you understand the unique needs of school districts and higher education institutions. Your experience includes building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts while securing new business opportunities. You thrive in a team-selling environment and take ownership of your accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
You are energized by the opportunity to support education customers across the U.S. and are familiar with the regulatory landscape that affects state and local government sales. Your ability to tailor sales strategies to meet the specific needs of the education market sets you apart. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a strong understanding of the public sector's procurement processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with education customers, including K-12 school districts and higher education institutions. You will leverage your knowledge of the market to develop tailored sales strategies that resonate with potential clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
You will participate in sales presentations and demonstrations, articulating the value of AvePoint's offerings to education customers. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be key to your success, as you work to understand their unique challenges and how AvePoint can address them. You will also track sales metrics and report on your progress, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
