Overview

AvePoint is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales in the Gulf region, focusing on medium-sized enterprises. You'll manage the full sales cycle and leverage a consultative sales approach. This role requires experience in sales and a strong understanding of technology solutions.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the tech industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your consultative sales approach allows you to effectively identify and qualify leads, ensuring that you can pitch solutions that meet client needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing complex sales cycles. Your ability to build relationships with clients and understand their business challenges sets you apart. You are results-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets, and you possess excellent communication skills that enable you to articulate the value of technology solutions clearly.

Desirable

Experience in data management or governance solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with Microsoft, Google, or Salesforce environments. A background in enterprise sales within the Gulf region will give you an edge, as you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this market. You are adaptable and open to learning about new technologies and trends that can benefit your clients.

What you'll do

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at AvePoint, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads across the Gulf region, primarily focusing on Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman. You will pitch our award-winning software solutions to medium-sized enterprises, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Your role will involve developing new prospects while also expanding existing accounts, ensuring that you foster strong relationships with clients. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the solutions you propose align with client needs and expectations. Your consultative sales mentality will be crucial in understanding client challenges and providing tailored solutions that drive their success.

You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position AvePoint's solutions effectively. Regular reporting on sales activities and outcomes will be part of your responsibilities, helping to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. You will participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, contributing to your growth within the company.
