You have a strong background in sales, particularly in technology or public safety sectors, and you understand the nuances of complex sales cycles. Your experience allows you to identify customer needs and craft tailored solutions that resonate with law enforcement agencies. You are a proactive communicator who can engage with decision-makers effectively, ensuring that you drive sales and build lasting relationships.
You are a subject matter expert in License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology, possessing in-depth knowledge of product implementation logistics and data workflows. Your ability to differentiate Axon's offerings from competitors is a key asset, as you guide potential clients through the decision-making process. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Key Account Leaders to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the sales strategy for Axon's Fixed License Plate Recognition cameras, identifying use cases and crafting solutions that meet the specific needs of law enforcement agencies. You will collaborate with Key Account Leaders to engage with decision-makers, manage RFPs, and drive long-term strategic opportunities. Your technical expertise will be crucial as you act as the go-to resource for LPR product knowledge, implementation logistics, and competitive differentiation.
You will support complex sales cycles by understanding the intricacies of public safety technology and how it can solve real-world problems. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding Axon's reach and unlocking new revenue streams, making a significant impact on public safety through advanced vehicle recognition and data-driven policing. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions.
