Desirable

While not required, experience in supporting proof of concepts (PoCs) and a background in public safety technology would be advantageous. You are open to learning and growing within your role, and you are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Axon ANZ Sales Engineering Team by communicating the value of Axon's solutions to public safety agencies across Australia. You will facilitate the deployment of evidence capture devices and digital evidence management solutions, ensuring that customers understand how to leverage these tools effectively. Your technical expertise will be crucial in influencing product enhancements and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with sales teams to drive the sales process and support customer inquiries. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of Axon's products and services, ensuring you remain a trusted advisor to your clients.
