What you'll do
As the Mid City Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 7-10 Account Executives focused on expanding TASER-only agencies into full Axon ecosystem partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive predictable revenue performance across a complex, multi-solution sales motion. Your role involves coaching your team through the nuances of consultative selling, ensuring they are equipped to handle the unique challenges of government procurement.
You will oversee team performance, talent development, and forecast accuracy — your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a high-engagement sales culture that prioritizes collaboration and results. You will work closely with the VP of Sales, East, to align your team's objectives with the broader company goals, ensuring that Axon's mission is at the forefront of all sales activities.
Your responsibilities will also include analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement — you will leverage this information to refine sales tactics and enhance team performance. Regular travel (approximately 50% of the time) will be required to meet with clients and support your team in the field.
