What you'll do
As an Account Executive at BackerKit, you will own the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals and managing post-campaign revenue. You will engage with creators to understand their needs and guide them through the crowdfunding process, ensuring they have the tools and support necessary for success. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, answering questions, and providing insights that help creators maximize their campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and other team members to develop strategies that drive growth and improve the sales process. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will be crucial in refining our approach and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will also be responsible for tracking your sales metrics and reporting on your progress towards targets, ensuring transparency and accountability in your role.
