You are an experienced sales professional with a strong background in diagnostic and genetic testing product sales — you understand the nuances of the healthcare market and have a proven track record of building relationships with healthcare providers. With at least 5 years of experience in sales, you have developed the skills necessary to communicate complex clinical information effectively to both physicians and patients. You thrive in a collaborative environment where your insights can influence product evolution and market strategies. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of the first and only single-gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screen to OBGYN clinics and MFM practices across your territory. You will engage with external clients, delivering clinical information and insights that help them understand the value of our innovative diagnostics solutions. Your influence will extend to internal teams, where you will provide feedback on how our tests can evolve to better meet market needs. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, leveraging your understanding of the healthcare ecosystem to identify opportunities for growth. You will collaborate closely with scientists and engineers to ensure that the products you represent are communicated effectively and meet the needs of healthcare providers. Your role will also involve tracking sales metrics and reporting on performance, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets. You will be a key player in our mission to redefine what's possible in molecular diagnostics, contributing to a culture of transparency and collaboration.
