You are an outstanding prenatal sales executive with a strong background in diagnostic and genetic testing product sales. With a proven track record in the healthcare industry, you understand the nuances of selling complex medical products and can effectively communicate their value to both physicians and patients. Your ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals is exceptional, and you are skilled at delivering clinical information that resonates with your audience.
Desirable
Experience in molecular diagnostics or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest advancements in prenatal and cancer diagnostics. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of the healthcare landscape and can adapt your sales strategies to meet the evolving needs of your clients. A background in science or healthcare is beneficial, as it allows you to engage in meaningful conversations with medical professionals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of the first and only single-gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screen to OBGYN clinics and MFM practices throughout West Virginia. You will deliver clinical information to external clients and internal teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the product's benefits and applications. Your influence will extend to how the test is communicated to physicians and patients, and you will play a key role in shaping its evolution to better serve market needs. You will conduct presentations, attend industry conferences, and engage in networking opportunities to expand your reach and impact.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that the sales strategy aligns with the company's mission to make life-changing diagnostics accessible to all. Your insights from the field will inform product enhancements and marketing strategies, helping to drive the company's growth in the molecular diagnostics space. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
