Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new clients and managing accounts effectively. With at least 5 years of experience in a sales role, you understand the nuances of the sales process and have a knack for building relationships with clients. Your self-starter attitude drives you to create and implement effective outbound strategies that resonate with potential customers. You are comfortable working with small to mid-sized businesses, particularly in the restaurant industry, and have a deep understanding of their unique challenges and needs.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating complex sales cycles. Your ability to communicate effectively and persuasively allows you to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels. You are results-oriented, always striving to exceed your sales targets and contribute to the overall success of your team. You are also a team player, willing to collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies that enhance the sales process.
Desirable
Experience in the financial services or technology sectors would be a plus, as it would give you a better understanding of the products and services offered by Block. What you'll do
As a Senior Sales Account Executive at Block, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic outbound sales plan aimed at acquiring new clients in the restaurant sector. You will identify potential leads, engage with them through various channels, and nurture relationships to convert them into loyal customers. Your role will involve conducting market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
