Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in renewal sales, account sales, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the SaaS industry. Your background includes a strong focus on maximizing revenue through collaboration with partners, demonstrating your ability to drive results in a team-oriented environment. You are process-oriented and capable of managing multiple transactions while committing to high targets and proactively advancing your work. Your experience with data analysis using Excel and creating presentations in PowerPoint is essential, and familiarity with Salesforce and Box is a plus. If you have experience leading teams or creating channel operations and programs, that would be advantageous. Proficiency in English is also beneficial.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and designing renewal sales strategies specific to Japan. You will execute a series of renewal activities from contract creation to finalization, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve enabling channel partners for renewals and upselling activities, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed. You will manage a portfolio of renewals within the partner business, striving to meet individual goals on a monthly basis. By leveraging customer renewal information and usage data, you will advise partners on maximizing contract durations and upselling opportunities, contributing significantly to Box's renewal business growth.
