Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the enterprise sector, and are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders such as CIOs and IT executives. Your experience allows you to navigate complex sales processes and close long-term deals while also securing smaller wins along the way. You are results-driven and understand the importance of a well-structured territory plan to achieve pipeline and revenue targets. You are committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction and are skilled in utilizing Salesforce for lead management and sales forecasting.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding stakeholder needs and effectively proposing Box's solutions to enhance collaboration and content management. You will work closely with various stakeholders to build trust and ensure that Box's offerings meet their requirements. You will also develop a territory plan within your first 90 days, focusing on building a robust pipeline and achieving revenue targets. Your role will involve tracking customer use cases and purchasing cycles, ensuring that you are well-informed about the sales landscape. You will promote the Cloud Content Management and Enterprise 2.0 models, contributing to the overall growth of Box in Japan.
