Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience selling multi-million dollar complex software deals, particularly within the Enterprise segment. Your background includes a strong focus on the Manufacturing sector, where you've successfully acquired and grown key accounts. You possess a deep understanding of software products and are skilled at communicating their value to customers and partners. You thrive on prospecting for new opportunities and have a proven track record of expanding business within existing accounts. Your ability to establish essential C-Level relationships, including with Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Data Science roles, sets you apart as a trusted advisor in the industry.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos and expanding Databricks' presence within enterprise accounts in the Kansai region. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of your customers' businesses, identifying key data use cases and buying centers to maximize the impact of Databricks solutions. You will orchestrate and leverage Databricks teams and ecosystem partners to enhance your sales efforts, ensuring that you provide leadership to customers and technical teams alike. Your mission will include planning and documenting strategies to drive the growth of Databricks usage, ultimately guiding successful negotiations and fostering long-term partnerships.
