Who you are
You have a proven track record in inside sales, particularly in lead qualification and outbound prospecting — your experience includes cold calling and engaging with senior executives to generate new business opportunities. You are passionate about inside sales and possess advanced communication skills that allow you to connect with clients effectively, even in a remote setting. Your positive mindset and goal-oriented approach drive you to achieve and exceed targets consistently. You excel in time management and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that you make the best use of available resources. Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce (SFDC), is essential for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. Experience with SaaS products is a plus, as it helps you understand the solutions you will be promoting. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and fluency in Japanese at a business level is required, with English being an added advantage.
What you'll do
As a Lead Generation Representative at Box, you will be responsible for generating new leads through outbound calls and high-level communication with potential customers.
