What you'll do

As a Customer Account Executive at Braze, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing relationships within our customer base. You will serve as the account lead for specific customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services. You will collaborate closely with teams in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Services, and Product to drive account growth and retention. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities for upselling, and ensuring that customers are getting the most value from our solutions. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance and reporting on key metrics to ensure that we are meeting our goals.
