What you'll do
As a Customer Account Executive at Braze, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing relationships within our customer base. You will own specific customer relationships and serve as the account lead, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Services, and Product teams to drive account growth, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
You will be empowered to make a real impact by acting with autonomy and accountability. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your accounts, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
