What you'll do
As a Customer Account Executive at Braze, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships within our customer base. You will serve as the account lead, working closely with teams across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Services, and Product to drive account growth and retention. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and aligning them with our solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
You will actively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services. This includes conducting regular check-ins, providing insights and recommendations, and addressing any concerns they may have. Your ability to analyze customer data and feedback will help you identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives that benefit both the customer and Braze.
In this role, you will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is communicated effectively and that our offerings continue to evolve to meet market demands.
