Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the UpMarket segment, where you've successfully sourced and acquired new customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships is key to your success in this role. You thrive in a competitive environment and are motivated by achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your experience in the finance or technology sectors gives you a solid foundation to understand the needs of your clients and how Brex can meet those needs.

What you'll do

As an Upmarket Account Executive at Brex, you will be responsible for sourcing net-new customers and generating revenue within the UpMarket segment, which includes companies with 250 to 1000 employees. You will engage with potential clients, demonstrating the value of Brex's integrated corporate cards, banking, and global payments solutions. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention, ensuring that Brex continues to grow its market presence. Your efforts will directly impact the company's bottom line, and you will be recognized for your contributions to team successes. You will also participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career within Brex.
