Brex is hiring an Upmarket Account Executive to drive revenue by sourcing new customers in the UpMarket segment. You'll work in a fast-paced sales environment focused on building strong client relationships. This role requires experience in sales and a passion for customer engagement.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth. Your experience in the UpMarket segment, specifically with companies in the 250-1000 employee range, has equipped you with the skills to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals. You thrive in competitive environments and are motivated by achieving targets and celebrating team successes.

You possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build and maintain relationships with clients. Your ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly is a key strength. You are comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you'll do

As an Upmarket Account Executive at Brex, you will be responsible for sourcing net-new customers and generating revenue within the UpMarket segment. You will engage with potential clients, presenting the value of Brex's AI-powered spend platform and integrated financial solutions. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize on approaches to penetrate the UpMarket segment effectively.
