You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years of experience managing high-performing teams. You excel in navigating complex sales cycles and have a deep understanding of the enterprise market landscape. Your ability to coach and mentor team members through challenging sales processes is a key strength, and you thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and execution.

You are results-driven and have a strong focus on achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of deal quality. Your experience in collaborating cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing and product, allows you to unlock new opportunities and drive growth. You are passionate about building a diverse and inclusive team culture, and you believe in empowering your team to reach their full potential.

What you'll do

As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of approximately 5 Account Executives, guiding them in their efforts to acquire new customers in our most strategic segment. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with Brex's overall business objectives. Your role will involve coaching your team through multi-threaded sales cycles, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

You will work closely with other departments to enhance the sales process and improve customer engagement. This includes collaborating with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and working with product teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of enterprise clients. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed sales goals.
