Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process and purchasing cycles. As a seasoned sales manager with at least 3 years of experience, you possess the ability to recruit and develop team members effectively, ensuring their growth and success within the organization. Your familiarity with the SaaS landscape is a significant asset, and being a Box user is a plus. You also have a good command of English, which will help you communicate effectively in a global environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the management of the Enterprise Market sales team in Eastern Japan, driving key deals and leading the team to achieve their targets. You will analyze market trends and competitive information to formulate medium- to long-term strategies that align with Box's mission. Utilizing SFDC, you will manage the sales process and forecasts, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet their goals. Through coaching and mentorship, you will motivate individuals and the team as a whole to reach their objectives. Additionally, you will evaluate and provide feedback on team members' performance, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration. You will also work closely with other departments, such as marketing and partner sales teams, to drive business strategies forward.
