You have a strong desire to learn and grow, and you understand the importance of building meaningful relationships with prospects. You are reflective and can adapt your approach based on feedback and results.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with potential clients. You are detail-oriented and can conduct thorough account research and org chart mapping to identify key decision-makers. You are comfortable using various channels to reach out to prospects and can craft personalized messaging that resonates with your audience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prospect into target accounts, utilizing personalized and scalable messaging across multiple channels. You will complete thorough account research and org chart mapping to identify key stakeholders within organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing customer needs against our established qualification criteria. You will hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team, scheduling meetings and ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to become an expert on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Total Addressable Market (TAM). Your contributions will help expand our existing outbound efforts and drive meaningful conversations with prospects, ultimately contributing to the growth of Capsule.
