What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Caseware, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to our solutions and generating interest in our products. You will work within a defined region, focusing on both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with prospects in the accounting and corporate markets, guiding them toward qualified meetings with Sales Executives.

You will own your pipeline, ensuring that prospects remain engaged throughout the early stages of the sales cycle. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's pipeline, bookings, and overall revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing insights and feedback to refine our approach and improve conversion rates.
