What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Celigo, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, developing strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their business goals. You will drive customer retention through proactive engagement, strategic account planning, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Partnering with customers, you will understand their evolving needs and ensure that Celigoβs solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience and facilitate the adoption of Celigoβs integration and automation platform. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that they derive maximum value from our services. You will also play a key role in reporting on account health and performance metrics to internal stakeholders, contributing to the overall strategy for customer success.
