You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Financial Services sector, and possess strong consultative selling skills. Your ability to engage with C-level executives and understand their needs allows you to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to drive sales cycles and achieve revenue targets. Your experience in managing existing accounts and expanding business opportunities is complemented by your strategic mindset and ability to cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
Desirable
Experience in selling SaaS solutions, particularly in the context of Process Intelligence or similar technologies, is a plus. Familiarity with the banking and insurance industries will enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their unique challenges. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and have a history of closing high-value deals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing Insurance customers while also identifying new business opportunities within the Financial Services sector. You will apply a consultative sales approach to understand your clients' needs and drive the end-to-end sales cycle. Engaging with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors will be crucial as you orchestrate virtual teams to support your sales efforts. You will hold individual revenue targets, focusing on closing six to seven-figure deals and expanding your accounts through a land-and-expand strategy. Your role will involve translating core challenges into compelling, AI-enabled use cases that deliver measurable execution capacity for your clients.
