Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Automotive or Manufacturing sectors, and understand the intricacies of enterprise-level sales cycles. Your consultative approach allows you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You thrive in a collaborative environment, engaging with cross-functional teams to drive success for your accounts.
You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and have experience managing high-value accounts, typically closing six to seven-figure deals. Your ability to understand customer needs and industry-specific use cases enables you to represent the full suite of solutions offered by Celonis effectively. You are results-driven and have a strong focus on generating new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
Desirable
Experience in SaaS sales is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and data-driven solutions. You are adaptable and can navigate complex sales environments, orchestrating virtual teams to achieve your goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage existing accounts while also seeking to expand your customer base within the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors. You will engage with clients at various levels, from C-suite executives to operational teams, ensuring that you understand their needs and can tailor solutions accordingly. Your responsibilities will include driving the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
You will hold an individual revenue target and be expected to close significant deals, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Engaging closely with partners, including consulting firms and other SaaS vendors, will be crucial in driving your sales efforts. You will also be responsible for representing the entire Celonis suite of solutions, focusing on finance and supply chain applications.
