What you'll do

As a Business Development Representative, you will support the Business Development team by conducting account research and identifying key influencers and decision-makers within target accounts. You will engage in strategic prospecting, focusing on cold calling to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team. Your role will involve aligning focus accounts with the account team and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

You will participate in a structured onboarding process that will equip you with the essentials of tech sales. Weekly coaching sessions with management and mentoring by senior BDRs will help you develop your skills and prepare you for a successful career in sales. You will have real-life exposure to the BDR role, taking ownership of dedicated target accounts and working towards monthly targets.
