Who you are

You are an analytical thinker with a strong foundation in sales and demand generation. You possess project management skills that allow you to oversee initiatives effectively. Your understanding of how to execute demand generation campaigns will be crucial in this role. You are eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment, and you thrive on collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Desirable

Experience in operational roles or familiarity with business development processes will be beneficial. A background in SaaS or technology firms is a plus, as it will help you understand the industry better.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design vertical programs and plays aimed at enhancing top-of-funnel engagement. Your focus will be on business-critical use cases and horizontal entry play campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth in new accounts. You will oversee the execution of global initiatives, ensuring that the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are equipped with the necessary tools and strategies to succeed. You will act as a trusted advisor to BDR leadership, facilitating programmatic account engagement and driving hyper-growth initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Strategy, Analytics, and Enablement teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in your strategies. Your role will involve analyzing data to refine approaches and improve outcomes, making your analytical skills essential. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for demand generation and account engagement.
