Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, ensures seamless integration of solutions that drive consumption and adoption of AI technologies.

You possess a deep understanding of the data and AI landscape, including familiarity with leading companies such as Databricks, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Your analytical mindset allows you to evaluate potential partnerships critically, ensuring they align with Celonis's strategic goals. You are adept at developing compelling joint value propositions that resonate with partners and customers alike.

Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable navigating the challenges of a fast-growing SaaS company. Desirable

Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with process intelligence technologies. What you'll do

As the Director of Data & AI Partnerships at Celonis, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of partnership development. You will identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with leading data and AI companies, ensuring that Celonis is positioned as a critical intelligence layer within the ecosystem. Your role will involve collaborating with partners to develop integrated solutions and go-to-market strategies that enhance the adoption of AI solutions.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that Celonis's Process Intelligence seamlessly integrates with partner platforms. This will involve overseeing the rollout of AI agents and ensuring that all integrations meet security and performance standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring the success of partnerships and making data-driven decisions to optimize their impact on market adoption.

In addition to partnership development, you will play a key role in shaping the future of enterprise AI by leveraging insights from the market and feedback from partners. You will be expected to represent Celonis at industry events and conferences, showcasing the value of partnerships and the innovative solutions being developed.
