Who you are
You have 5 years of quota-carrying experience within B2B startups, demonstrating a strong track record in sales and business development. Your expertise in selling API-empowered solutions positions you as a key player in driving growth for Cerve. You are proactive and ambitious, with a hands-on approach to customer engagement, capable of shaping technical discussions and helping prospects understand the potential of our platform.
You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working collaboratively with founders and technical stakeholders. Your ability to navigate complex, multi-threaded technical deals allows you to position Cerve as the API platform of choice for food industry developers. You are committed to building a strong pipeline through creative, self-directed sourcing and consistently exceeding sales targets.
What you'll do
As a Founding GTM, you will be at the forefront of Cerve’s market expansion, working directly with technical decision-makers, from CTOs to engineering leads, across the food industry’s most innovative enterprises. You will own the full sales cycle, managing relationships with technical stakeholders and ensuring that Cerve's solutions meet their needs. Your role will involve leading discovery sessions, qualifying leads, and navigating complex sales processes to close deals effectively.
You will shape how new markets adopt and build on our platform, turning technical curiosity into commercial success. Your responsibilities will include building and qualifying a strong pipeline, leading discovery, and positioning Cerve as the go-to API platform for food industry developers. You will work closely with the founder to execute our go-to-market strategy and drive the next stage of growth for Cerve.
