Who you are

You are a highly experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a strong background in the monitoring and observability space. You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building win-win customer relationships. Your experience includes selling operational and analytical tools that enhance the quality of service for DevOps, SRE, and Engineering teams. You possess the drive and determination to help Circonus rapidly expand its client base, and you are comfortable owning the entire sales process.

You understand the importance of collaboration and coordination with internal resources, including technical consultants and executive involvement, to successfully pursue deals. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your expertise to solve complex problems and drive customer success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate resources and ensure that customer needs are met throughout the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Circonus's solutions effectively. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.

You will leverage your knowledge of operational and analytical tools to demonstrate how Circonus's offerings can improve performance and accelerate troubleshooting for clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to exceed sales quotas and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will report directly to the Director of Sales and collaborate with other team members to share insights and strategies that drive success.
