What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineering Manager at Cloudflare, you will lead a team of solutions engineers in the SoCal region, managing the full sales life cycle technical activities. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage Cloudflare's extensive product offerings. Your role will involve mentoring and developing your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed in their roles. You will also engage with customers directly, presenting technical solutions and addressing any concerns they may have.

You will be responsible for driving the technical aspects of the sales process, from initial engagement through to implementation, ensuring a seamless transition for customers.
