Complete is hiring a Sales Development Representative to create a sales engine and communicate updates to the CEO. You'll be responsible for prospecting customers and hitting sales targets. This position requires 1+ years of experience in tech, preferably in a startup environment.

Who you are
You are eager to take on a challenging and creative role at a rapidly growing startup, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in your previous positions. Your last manager said something along the lines of 'I’ll be working for you one day,' highlighting your potential and ambition. You have at least 1 year of experience in the tech industry, preferably in a startup environment, and possess a high degree of communication and organization skills. You are proactive in problem-solving and are hungry for success in your career.
What you'll do
As the first Sales Development Representative at Complete, you will be responsible for creating a sales engine from the ground up. This includes effectively communicating updates to the CEO and hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will prospect customers using various tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, job boards, and HR communities. Additionally, you will contribute to marketing and community campaigns, and if you enjoy it, engage in cold calling to reach prospective customers. Your role will involve qualifying opportunities and assessing how Complete can provide value to potential clients.
