You have a strong background in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth within large, complex accounts. Your experience includes prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and closing sales pipelines, demonstrating your ability to manage a strategic sales cycle effectively. You possess a consumption/growth mentality and are adept at engaging with C-Level executives to showcase the value of your offerings. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring that you can deliver the best solutions to clients.
You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive results. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. You are not just focused on closing deals; you are committed to understanding your clients' needs and providing them with tailored solutions that drive their success.

What you'll do
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Confluent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in our National Accounts segment. Your primary focus will be on proactively prospecting and developing a robust sales pipeline while continuing to grow consumption in existing customer accounts. You will lead and execute a strategic sales cycle, demonstrating the value of Confluent's solutions to C-Level executives and decision-makers.
You will become an in-depth expert in Confluent's product offerings and competitive landscape, allowing you to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to potential clients. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that you are well-equipped to meet and exceed your quarterly sales targets.
In addition to driving sales, you will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will help inform product development and sales strategies, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
