What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Confluent, you will be responsible for driving pipeline creation and early-stage deal development across DISA and 4th Estate accounts. You will proactively prospect into federal accounts, identifying and qualifying new opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Enterprise Account Executives to support complex sales cycles, ensuring that you engage with both technical and mission stakeholders effectively.

You will develop a strong understanding of Confluent's platform and its use cases, enabling you to position the technology effectively to potential clients. Your ability to articulate the value of data streaming and its impact on organizations will be crucial in advancing opportunities. You will also be expected to track and report on your sales activities, providing insights into your pipeline and progress.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals and gain valuable insights into the federal sales landscape.
