Who you are
You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building relationships and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to thrive in ambiguous environments, and you are skilled at identifying market gaps and opportunities for collaboration. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders to align on goals and strategies. You understand the importance of measuring ROI and can develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of emerging markets, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the regional go-to-market strategy for partnerships across high-growth Asian markets. You will assess market gaps and identify the right mix of regional and global partners to support enterprise growth. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, and developing a portfolio of agency and systems integrator partners. You will build quarterly and annual GTM plans with partners, execute against them, and measure their effectiveness. You will work closely with the sales organization to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, ensuring that partnerships translate into durable enterprise wins. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic initiatives and share insights that can enhance partner performance. Your role will be critical in driving customer value and establishing a competitive advantage in the market.
