You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and value assurance, particularly in high-stakes environments. You have a proven track record of safeguarding and maximizing financial and operational value for strategic clients, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex customer escalations effectively. Your expertise allows you to act as a general manager over cross-functional resources, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision and care. You possess strong analytical skills and can translate systemic issues into actionable insights for product and process improvements. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service and strategic problem-solving.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the ultimate point of executive-level expertise for Coupa's most critical value-at-risk scenarios. You will personally own the most complex customer escalations, ensuring that the perception of value and return on investment is maintained. Reporting to the VP of Value Assurance, you will protect significant revenue streams and solidify customer loyalty through your strategic oversight. You will collaborate with various teams to address systemic issues and drive improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your work will have a global impact, as you contribute to the overall success of Coupa's innovative spend management platform.
