Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in generating leads and closing deals within the SMB segment. Your ability to identify high-quality business opportunities is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with Sales Directors and other team members. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable working independently while contributing to a coordinated strategy for growth.

You understand the importance of a seamless handover process to the Customer Success Management (CSM) team, ensuring that clients receive ongoing support after the initial sale. Your experience in sales has equipped you with the skills to assess market needs and tailor your approach to meet the specific demands of your territory. You are results-driven and motivated by the challenge of acquiring new clients and expanding market presence.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at StackAdapt, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and new business opportunities that lead to acquiring new clients. Your primary focus will be on the SMB segment, where you will identify and close deals with self-serve clients. You will work closely with Sales Directors in your territory to develop tailored plans that align with market needs and maximize growth opportunities. You will also have the chance to create and assess new business opportunities, which will then be handed over to our Mid-Market sales team for closure. Your role is crucial in ensuring a coordinated strategy that drives measurable results across various marketing channels.

You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how StackAdapt's AI-powered Marketing Platform can help them achieve their marketing goals. Your ability to articulate the value of our technology will be key in converting leads into clients. You will also collaborate with the CSM team to ensure a smooth transition for clients post-sale, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
