Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing role ideally within SaaS — you've successfully managed the sales process from prospecting to contract generation and understand the nuances of building relationships with clients. You are skilled in outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations, showcasing your ability to creatively engage cold opportunities. You have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your effectiveness in driving revenue. You are curious and always looking for opportunities to learn and grow, and you value giving and receiving feedback to enhance your skills. As a collaborator, you enjoy working with others and helping whenever possible, contributing to a positive team environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract generation, ensuring that you oversee all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale, driving sales by managing opportunities in your pipeline and closing 1-2 deals per month. You will need to understand the company value proposition and solutions, using appropriate value-based sales approaches to effectively communicate with C-level executives of small to mid-market sized companies. Achieving monthly sales goals will be a key focus, and you will be expected to creatively outbound into cold opportunities to generate new business. Your ability to clearly communicate and build relationships will be essential in this role, as you work to close new customers and contribute to the growth of the EMEA sales team.
