Who you are

You are a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth. You have experience managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, specifically targeting businesses with 1-199 employees. Your ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships is key to your success, and you excel at effectively communicating product value propositions to clients. You are comfortable utilizing CRM and sales tools to manage accounts and track progress, ensuring that you meet and exceed revenue targets.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success and Marketing to drive commercial growth strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing the potential of each account. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and leverage insights to inform your sales strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of commercial accounts, focusing on achieving and exceeding revenue targets through high-volume transactional sales. You will drive commercial growth strategies within the 1-199 employee segment, identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer value. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be a priority, as you effectively communicate product value propositions to clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Marketing, to align on strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention. Utilizing CRM and sales tools, you will manage your accounts efficiently, tracking progress and ensuring that you meet your sales goals. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
