What you'll do
In this role, you will attract, hire, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, empowering them to consistently exceed Fivetran's growing revenue targets. You will drive a high-accountability culture through best-in-class coaching and clear expectations for achievement. Your responsibilities will include championing outstanding sales rigor and collaborating with leaders across various departments to build an effective enterprise go-to-market motion. You will also be responsible for monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
You will work closely with the RVP of Enterprise Sales to align on strategic objectives and ensure that your team is well-positioned to capitalize on new business opportunities. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive growth. You will also represent Fivetran at industry events and conferences, showcasing the company's innovative solutions and building relationships with potential clients.
