Who you are

You are an experienced sales leader with over 7 years in high-growth SaaS environments, adept at managing hybrid inside and field sales teams. Your ability to translate complex technical products into quantifiable business value for C-suite executives sets you apart. You possess native Spanish language skills and business-level fluency in English, with Portuguese being a beneficial asset. You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing strategic revenue plans that drive growth.

What you'll do

As the Director of Enterprise Sales at Databricks, you will lead and motivate a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on achieving incremental consumption and new business acquisition. You will be responsible for building and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets while developing and executing strategic revenue plans. Your role will involve creating trust-based relationships with customers and partners, ensuring your team understands the commercial goals of clients and how they align with Databricks' value proposition. You will also manage the communication of the value proposition through proposals and presentations, ensuring that your team effectively conveys the benefits of Databricks' offerings.
