Who you are

You are a strategic sales professional with a strong background in selling to large pharmaceutical accounts. With your experience, you know how to sell innovation and change, guiding deals forward to compress decision cycles. You have a deep understanding of the product and are passionate about communicating its value to customers and system integrators. You thrive on identifying new opportunities and maintaining and growing existing accounts, ensuring 100% satisfaction among all customers.

You have previously worked in an early-stage company and know how to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment. Your field sales experience within big data, Cloud, or SaaS sales has equipped you with the skills to manage large, complex sales cycles effectively. You are adept at meeting with CIOs, IT executives, and other key stakeholders to close both new and existing accounts.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will be responsible for driving sales within the Life Sciences sector. You will meet with key decision-makers to understand their needs and promote Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Sparkβ„’. Your role will involve identifying and closing quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles. You will exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets while tracking all customer details, including use cases and forecasting in Salesforce. You will apply a solution-based approach to selling, creating value for customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
