Who you are
You are an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the Federal Civilian sector. You thrive on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, and you have a knack for navigating complex sales cycles. Your proactive approach to building relationships with clients allows you to secure high-value deals and establish long-term partnerships. You understand the importance of a solution-based approach to selling, and you are skilled at tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
You have a deep understanding of the customer's business and can develop strategies that resonate with C-Level executives, including roles in Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Data Science. Your ability to orchestrate teams and leverage ecosystem partners is key to maximizing customer impact and driving the growth of Databricks usage in newly won accounts.
Desirable
Experience in the Federal Civilian space is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven solutions and cloud technologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage both quick wins and longer, more complex sales cycles effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on securing new Enterprise accounts across multiple customers, creating a strong foundation for long-term partnerships. You will develop and execute a focused strategy for identifying and winning high-potential accounts in untapped markets. Your responsibilities will include planning, documenting, and driving the growth of Databricks usage in newly won accounts to maximize customer impact. You will establish essential relationships with key stakeholders and provide leadership to both customers and internal teams.
You will be responsible for identifying all important data use cases and buying centers in each opportunity, ensuring that Databricks' solutions are effectively integrated into the client's organization. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs and drive revenue growth.
