Who you are

You are a seasoned partner leader with extensive experience in managing complex federal sales motions. You have a proven track record of shaping executive-level partner strategies and driving significant impact in the public sector. Your ability to navigate intricate relationships with Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs) sets you apart, and you thrive in environments that require deep executive alignment and long-range planning.

With a strong focus on accountability, you understand the nuances of federal market expansion and are adept at building durable partner motions that contribute to pipeline and revenue growth. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence senior stakeholders effectively and foster collaborative relationships within partner organizations.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector, particularly in cloud computing or software solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with federal procurement processes and government contracting can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and grow Datadog’s most strategic Federal Systems Integrator partnerships, acting as the primary executive point of contact and trusted advisor. You will develop and execute multi-year joint business plans that align Datadog’s public sector priorities with partner investments and go-to-market strategies. Your responsibilities will include forging and maintaining executive-level relationships within partner organizations, influencing partner leadership, practice owners, and sales executives.

You will drive complex, partner-led federal opportunities by leveraging your expertise to navigate the intricacies of federal sales motions. Your role will require you to operate with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring that you can make impactful decisions that align with Datadog’s strategic goals. You will also be responsible for scalable execution, ensuring that the partnerships you manage contribute significantly to Datadog’s growth in the public sector.
