What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the recruitment process for Decagon's engineering team, collaborating closely with company leadership to define what exceptional talent looks like. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, ensuring that you attract the best candidates in the AI field. You will conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide feedback to hiring managers, all while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
You will also play a critical role in shaping the company's employer brand, promoting Decagon as an employer of choice in the AI industry. By leveraging your deep knowledge of the AI talent landscape, you will identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences. Your ability to build relationships with candidates will be key to your success, as you work to create a pipeline of top talent ready to join the Decagon team.

Decagon offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $180k to $240k plus equity.
