You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the SaaS industry, and understand the nuances of the payroll and HR landscape. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients sets you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving targets and driving growth. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of working with global teams, ensuring compliance and satisfaction for clients across various regions.

Desirable

Experience in the Benelux market is a plus, as is familiarity with payroll and HR solutions. You are comfortable using data to inform your sales strategies and can leverage technology to enhance client interactions. A background in account management or business development will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Deel, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base in the MM segment across the EMEA region. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of our all-in-one payroll and HR platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
