What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager II at Deel, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they are successfully onboarded and engaged with our platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their inquiries and providing guidance on best practices. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for their needs. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services. You will also develop and deliver training sessions to help clients maximize their use of the platform. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction scores and retention rates.
