Who you are
You are a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector. You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and how to address them effectively. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing your own schedule while meeting sales targets. Your ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth sets you apart from your peers.
Desirable
Experience in identity security or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-native solutions. You are adaptable and can quickly learn about new products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. A background in B2B sales is highly desirable, and you are comfortable with both in-person and virtual sales presentations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Delinea's innovative identity security solutions and demonstrating how they can benefit their organizations. You will conduct market research to identify potential leads and develop strategies to convert them into customers. Regular travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events, ensuring you stay connected with the market and your clients.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market needs. Your insights will help shape future product developments and marketing campaigns. You will also maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible to the team.
